ZOM Living and Mitsui Fudosan America will break ground in March on Maizon Bethesda, an urban transit-oriented development, located only two-blocks from the Bethesda Metro Station. Maizon Bethesda will feature a mix of Studio, 1BR, 2BR, 3BR and Terrace ﬂoorplans. Terrace ﬂoorplans will feature European appliances and an upgraded ﬁnish package. Unit sizes will range from 500 to 1,800 SF.
